Hold one side of the rope ball handle while the opponent do the same in the opposite side.
Be sure the rope is not too flabby or tense.
Spread your arms widely to push the ball forward to the opponent while he/she tries to defend by shutting his/her arms.
Alternately spread and speedy shut your arms to push and defend the ball.
